what happened to binders in MS office?

can anyone tell me what happens to binder in the new microsoft office 2003? was it replace by something else?
can you say OneNote does the same thing as it used to?

Binder is still available in Office 2003. It, however, is not installed by default. If you insert the setup disc, and selct custom install you can selct and install Binder.
