What does “queue-to skill 2nd” Mean?

You can have multiple VDN's, all with different skills, and use the same vector for them all, by using 1st, 2nd, 3rd instead of specific skill numbers.

In your example, someone dialing VDN 8100 would use vector 30 and the call would be queued to skill 32 (2nd skill).
