Weird XP startup 1

Everytime my windows startup, it opens the "System32" folder on my desktop. What cause this problem and how do you stop it.

What I have done so far:
1. Virus Scan. No virus found.
2. Ran Spybot and Ad-Aware w/the latest updates. No problems found.
3. Check Startup folder. Nothing suspicious.
