has anyone experienced outbound CID that shows the main/billing number for only a few DIDs? we have a G3Si and just built 3 new extensions 5196, 5198, 5199. when they dial out, it shows the main number 5100, but no other extensions do that, they all send the correct CID for their DIDs. Checked the ISDN PUB table and it is correct, saw some other posts here regarding LEC overriding and sending out the main/billing number, but thought that was an 'all or nothing' situation...either they do that for all DIDs or for none...anyone had this problem and if so, where else can oubound CID be changed? I've been through just about everything and have come up empty...please help! thanks so much!

list trace station 5196

you should see what you have in public-unknown when calling your cell.
On the cell phone see if 5100 shows up, if so, the provider
is changing it.

You might also check ARS to make sure the outbound calls from these extensions are going out on your ISDN trunks.
