Web Conferencing - Invalid ID

We have set up many web confereces for different customers and they all work quite well but occasionally for some unknown reason out of the blue you get a few people reporting authentication problems - you ask them if they are typing the ID or PIN in properly and they swear they are etc. I got a cust to forward the conference email to me and I tried - low and behold I also got invalid Pin and/or ID.

It seems like there is some bug whereby after a certain amount of users have joined it shuts ceases to validate any more ID and Pins??

Has anyone else experienced this - one customer is getting this quite often now.

That was one of the things I ran into also. Stopping and restarting the service was how I fixed it. We ended up pulling the system out after many more issues and a very unhappy customer.
