Web conference / Conferencing center, still a mystery?
Who of us has not been attending an Avaya’s webinar session?
It's kind of nice when you see the speaker move the slides on the screen, and you dial that special number that will plug you in directly to the conference.
We have the IPO 500 demo pack, and we know the web Conferencing center license is included, but true to be told we ever didn't find the installers for this application.
Now our sales representatives have been offering this application for months and finally got a sale, now we got work.
I looked over the tek-tips board, and saw no hits except from one from the 11 Jul 06.
I would like to know specifically:
Which is the current version for the release 4.2
Where to locate the installers
The pre requisites from Microsoft and/or Java before install.
Tips & tricks
Thanks a lot
Any hint we'll be appreciated
