A nother nice option would be popping up the right tab for the softconsole/phonemanager PRO.

So if you have softconsole and a call insn't answered on the salesgroup/extension before you then it will open the right tab for "sales" then you'll see all the sales people in the "sales" tab.

This options is used on a NEC/Philips 2000IPS and works great.

How about have the DSS EU24 change the extension to a shadow or box the extension or even have a color change when the user is busy or on DND.
