Well reason 36 says that "SEG: Disk OS Text segment corrupted". You can find this in your error message book under SYS0000.

Then INI000 says "Normal initialize after SYSLOAD"

INI002 00000088 says "I/O device fault, where xx is the maintenance display code in HEX. Which equals "Replace the Serial Data Interface x, where x is the port number in HEX". For option 11, x is the card number in HEX. So look at card 8.

INI003 says "Network or PE signalling fault, where xx is the maintenance display code in HEX". Which equals "Replace the network, conference or TDS loop". This would be Loops 16 and 64 (probably your phantom).

I would do some snooping around in your system and try to find something that may tie these items together. I would check card 8 and see if there are any other errors coming from it. I would probably end up swapping the card to another slot within the system. That way if this was to happen again you would be able to tell if it your SW or HW. I would not worry so much about the INI003's, just do normal maintenance and testing. Good Luck

Hi! Now I'm facing the same problem, Option11C rebooting by it's self. 561 :(8/7/03 13:38:32.000) SRPT0786 RST 0: Task tSL1 being restarted

Question to jaiello, did u find any solution?

No, I have not determined the root cause. It has happened a few times in front of me and an untold number of times when I am not looking.

I have a very low volume LAB node that I am working with. I have just 16 digital lines, the analog card in not configured and a TMDI card. One PRI link and 50 or so TNs defined.

Joe

BMiles post indicated corruption. Have you tried a cold start (sysload)? If you do decide to sysload then save the startup messages, like you did the INI messages, they are helpful. The subsequent INI messages you posted here may not be realated to the root cause of the original initialization. What does the data dump look like?
