Want to undo a incoming call transfer

One of the extensions in my office has its incoming calls fowarded vy program to another extension , with no indicatios on how it fas been done. Can anyone please let me know how to undo this, it is important that this line works properly.

look at th TN and see if a key has been set to CFW

or look at the FDN prompt
or look at the HUNT prompt

if you have DDI check the IDC table in LD 49

it may help if you post your TNB for the set

I have a nortel meridian 51c with release 22 software. I am not aquinted with the modes you describe , I would greatly appreciate if you could give me a small step by step tour o refer me to a specific part of the manual

this will print the extnsion details
look for the TN..

copy & paste it on this board

to check IDC
