VPNremote phione exchanges keys but still get "discover"??????

hey guys,

I have a VPNremote phone connected that exchanges keys and runs through the file loading process only to get the "discover" error code. Im sure this has something to due with an IP route, but I don't know what other routes I can put in? If I bring the phone to the office, it works without running the VPN software.

IP500v1 6.1
Fortinet router/firewall

anyways, if anyone has set up a VPNremote phone using a Fortinet, I could really use a little help.

When you use mode config then add an IP route with the virtual IP address that is configured in the router.
Also be sure that you set the remote net correctly on the phone.
