Volume Settings (BCM50) line volume 1

I'm trouble shooting a volume problem, as when the attn answers incoming calls the far end volume level is extremely low. In feature settings the system is set to use the handset volume control but that does not seem to make a difference even when its toggled all the way up. I have 8 analog lines into the switch. When I test them with a butt set the volume is just fine. Only when they are in the switch does it pose a problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you swapped out the phone yet? Or tested any other phones in the building?
 
havent swapped out the phone but had her transfer a call to me on another set (7208) and it was still very low. Other users are also complaining also.
 
You need "Set Volume" instead of "System Volume" and you need all lines set for Long CO.

they are set to medium. I'll change them to long now and test it ok.

Give it at least 5 mins after change, and before test.
