VoiceMail Waiting Light problems - IP Office R9.0.600

Hi all,

I am constantly seeing issues in our SCN with the message waiting light being on with no messages, or it's off and there are messages. This is especially problematic among group mailboxes. All users have the correct H<Group Name> and what not, and the lights do work sometimes. But this doesn't work consistently, and every few days I'm getting more and more tickets about this issue. I schedule all my IP 500v2's to reboot, and the issue will be resolved...for a short while. Then it returns.

Is there something I can do here? Is there something I'm missing that causes this to be such a frequent issue?
 
I don't believe I can do the WebSocket with version 9.0. So it's just the proprietary connection.

 
Anyone got any ideas what I can try to stabilize this message waiting light issue?
 
Try upgrading to R9.0.12 Anytime you run into weird issues like this, that seem like a bug, typically upgrading to the highest service pack in the major release is a good idea.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
