Voicemail to email issues

I have a customer that has a ip 500 with 7.0 software onit. has running 7.0 vm pro.

There vm to email used to work with another company. since they switch providers, the smtp vm to email is not working. when i changed the info in vm pro, the provider does not see anything transmitting out?

any thoughts on this?

when i restart the service, i get this error:

ERR:pCVMail:Stored VPIMAddress change= mail.hackensackaudiology.com


what can be the issue?

search your registry for mail.hackensackaudiology.com and change it.
You will probably find it under a key = VPIMAddress
