I have a customer that has a ip 500 with 7.0 software onit. has running 7.0 vm pro.
There vm to email used to work with another company. since they switch providers, the smtp vm to email is not working. when i changed the info in vm pro, the provider does not see anything transmitting out?
any thoughts on this?
