Voicemail service on application server 11.1 stops randomly 1

We have this happening on two systems now. The voicemail service will stop at random intervals but can be restarted from the app server web control page. In looking at the error trail in both app servers they show the same error message.

I have seen this also, nice to know that it's our bravery for trying this release, and not something else. I had seen this at three clients and didn't know for sure it was Avaya, but now it's confirmed. I share your pain!

This is why I never load the latest release.

I have not had any issues with 11.0.4.1 Build 11.

Whats comical about this is you have to run VM Pro on Linux on R11.1 - and apparently it does not work so well.

My lab system has stopped twice this month. I have been working on the process for migrating Windows to linux. We don't have any in production.

Third time for the random stop for me. I would not recommend 11.1 VM Pro just yet.

Has anyone resolved this by any chance? This is happening atm with one of our customers. Has anyone tried upgrading from 11.1 to 11.1 SP1 to resolve this?

Hi lleeNC,

after upgrade to SP1 this issue has gone.
You should open VMP-Client after the installing the service pack and click to save and make live - otherwise your modules won‘t work as expected!
