Hi Guys,
I was wondering whether anyone would be able to point me in the right direction. I have been working with IP office for a while now so I am very familiar with it. However yesterday I was confused as to what this error was in the system status. I have tried googling it with now joy, the error is " Voicemail storage. Current state: Invalid"
It may be worth noting that a user was not able to retrieve messages. No matter how many messages were left in her inbox the button never lit up, nor did it physically say she had any new messages. (All other users were fine by the way)
After this I decided to remove her whole user account out of the system and put it back. When I did this her DDI would now not even call the extension it would say "number **** is not available". I did a trace it showed nothing out of the ordinary, checked to see if there was any forwarding set and there was nothing. So for now I have pointed her DDI to a spare extension which is working as a temporary fix. This indicates that it is a user fault somewhere so I have scheduled a reboot for the IP office for a time suitable to the customer (I just hope this cures whatever caused the bug. Hopefully it may solve the Voicemail error)
If anyone has seen anything like this or may be able to put some light on it I would be very greatful.
N.B Please see the attachment.
Thanks,
Chris
