Hello,
We have got an issue in our voicemail pro, everything was working good, the configuration have not been changed.
the problem is when someone calls, the automatic voice distributor tells you what to dial to get to the department you're interested in, but it doesn't forward the call after you make your choice and the voice disributor continues as if you didn't choose anything yet.
does someone have any ideas how to fix that?
