Voicemail pro choose menu problem 1

Hello,

We have got an issue in our voicemail pro, everything was working good, the configuration have not been changed.
the problem is when someone calls, the automatic voice distributor tells you what to dial to get to the department you're interested in, but it doesn't forward the call after you make your choice and the voice disributor continues as if you didn't choose anything yet.

does someone have any ideas how to fix that?

- VoiceMail Pro 8.1

I would start by rebooting the voicemail

Already done, Even restored an older version of server doesn't solve the problem

DTMF?

Have you recently changed provider? If you have and you may need to check that DTMF is working properly.

I had verified DTMF settings for the concerned trunksip line, i tried all possible parameters but no changes

Test the call flow by Creating a short code pointing to the call flow module.

See if it works.

Check your icr route making sure it’s connected to the correct module..
Could be another module with a similar set up icr may be pointed to that instead.

Remove all these codec in SIP line and only leave G711u if you are in US. A law for other countries but check with your SIP trunk provider which codec they are using.

The problem have been resolved after some tries of rebuilding configs.

So what actually changed.
What rebuilding off the configuration was required if nothing changed.

I just deleted all and recreacted the VM pro Modules
