Do you have access to the Avaya Knowledgebase?

If so, then there are some excellent VM Pro resourses, information and exercises / examples in there.

If not please create yourself an SSO login and read, read, read!

You can have pretty much as many menus and submenus as you like in VM Pro, the language you record the prompts in is up to you :)

Hi ...

So, Could I take a second Language as a Submenu and Start Coplete the call flow ..

Thank you very much dears , and sorry for apoligiez you.

Thank you overthebars ...

I have this PDF, but what I was asked is diffrent from these exercises, if you can answer to my last question about if I can add an Arabic Language as a Submenu.
the friends answe me but to be sure more please if you can.

thanks

all the stars to thank you hairlessupportmonkey
but you dont answer me to the last questions dear

your question has already been answered but yes you can add a sub menu for the Arabic options.

The example documents may not have your exact requirements but take you through the principles of how the VM Pro operates.
Work through these examples and reason through the logic of what they are doing. once you understand this you will be able to apply that reasoning to any other task you may have.

Good luck & all the best
