I was looking for an answer for why the Voicemail section in ESM on a 3300 would be non-existent. The closest thing I found describing my circumstances was in thread1329-1707221 but that still doesn't answer my question.
My customer (a Hotel) migrated from an SX-2000 Light with NuPoint Messenger to a 3300 MXe II but the new Hotel Administration policy was that no voicemail was required so the NuPoint was just discarded.
Now they want to implement Auto-Attendant (still no voicemail for guest rooms) so when I tried to go ahead and configure it for them, the Voicemail section was not listed and the App Record had no Mailbox Licenses but it had the Advanced Voicemail License.
Do I just add Mailbox licenses for the Voicemail feature to appear? or do I need PMS voicemail to be enabled?
Can the licenses they have for NuPoint be converted to Embedded?
Hope someone can answer these questions.
