My IP Office thinks the 4 voicemail channels are always in use while they are not.

This happened after a warm reboot with new licenses for third party SIP. I cannot see the correlation.

Any idea's besides rebooting the complete system? ;)

UC: R9.0

That picture shows 4 channels available and none in use.

if you get engaged ton when trying to access the VM check the data connection to the VM Server & then restart the VM Pro service.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Indeed it does show 4 channels available,... But it logs a NO CHANNELS available everytime a VM module is being requested by incoming call route.

I will restart the VM Pro service tonight after hours...

if it is not working you might as well restart it now :)
Test if it works internally by making up a shortcode that point to the module

True that! But it seems as if voicemail is working,... just not when incoming call routes route to voicemail pro modules... :(

Would have been nice if you mentioned that from the start.

Do a monitor trace and a VM debug, should tell you what's happening.

Look as the voicemail channel reservation settings in Manager.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

It was not the reservation of channels... Something seems horribly wrong with the UC Module itself. A reboot made the service totally unavailable. Will go onsite tomorrow to see what's what.
