We have a blind employee, is there a way to have a "Reminder" voicemail beep when he has a unread voicemail? MICS.

Thanks

Great, where excalty is that in the setup?

Thanks

If his class of service allows it, usually the default is 1, has to be allowed in his mailbox set up, go to Feature 983, mailbox, change and allow to dial out, pick a line or pool. Got to his mailbox and listen for prompts to allow notification and number to dial. If pool does not work the lines have to be programmed and his extension to acces pool in the phone system.

Sorry, but where do I change the class of service? I do the F983 and get Not Allowed.

Thanks

OK, found class of service, what should it be?

What kind of voice mail do you have. By default class of service 1 should allow notification, easy to find out go to his mailbox and see if it allows dial out.

Call Pilot, and yes it dials out, we use it for the "Dial 7" and calls his cell.

You can have both go to his phone and set it up, under admin listen for prompts then when the voice mail calls he can enter his password and listen to his message.

Got it, thanks for your help.
