Whenever someone wants their automation to have the same option number as the starting digit to their extensions, what is the best way to set this up. In the past if a customer starts off their automation with "you may dial your extn at any time" (and say their extn range was 400-499) then we would leave option 4 off the automation. and make a 4?? go to a $KEY. There is probably a simple way to have both, but I just dont know it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

@CaptainAwesome. Tried to look at yours but it didn't come up for me :-(
