Hello friends, I know that it is a topic that has been discussed several times in this forum but I have not found recent answers or solutions that have been useful to me. Currently I have problems to be able to synchronize the VMPro with my office 365 account, I could do it with a gmail one but with office I have not been able to. The error that I get in the VMpro log is the following:

10/17/2024 15:12:17.953 - ######## START OF CHUNK ######
10/17/2024 15:12:18.086 - > EHLO DESKTOP-LVDFE8C

Yes, I have a few.

The ones I had working uses a username password and port 587.

The customer also need to make sure the IP address of the voicemail is white listed on his firewall so you can reach office 365.

I think you will need to enable IMAP on the maibox being used in voicemail pro.

Another option,

We use Mailgun for all of our systems much easier to setup works really well and it well priced. Only thing to watch out for is if you use it for system alerts and you have an issue that Causes the system to send thousands of emails.

Free if you send less than 1000 emails a month

Hello guys thanks for the responses, I reply according to the ideas you gave me:

franciscomcorona: It is clear to me that some options have been disabled for security reasons, do you know if the option to set an application password might work? (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...fication-d6dc8c6d-4bf7-4851-ad95-6d07799387e9), the account I am using is not free, it is from a domain that the client has
JoConnex: Yes, the PC from which I am testing VMPro is a Windows that has access to the Microsoft SMTP server
Travis Harper: IMAP is enabled on the office365 server, I used the settings suggested by Thunderbird to configure the same in VMPro
Menniss: Thanks for the suggestion, but the client wants to use their own office365 account to forward audio messages to the personal mailboxes of the company's team.

Thanks for the help everyone
