VMPro Disconnected Calls

Hi ...

We have IP office release 8.1.(63) and voice mail pro 8.1.9501.0 with essential, preferred and advanced edition will showed valid on IPO manager. We created a short code to the module using voice mail collect and when dial this shortcode its goes to the destination based on the call flow but when calling the number from outside, the VM Pro disconnected the call .I have tried uninstalling and re installing voice mail pro without any luck. I will appreciate if someone has a clue to on how i can resolve this issue.
The destenation on ICR is set to the Module name.
There is a Ping from the VM Pro Server to IPO.
The firewall on the VM Pro Server is off.

Whats The Problem and How I can Solve it ?
 
Have you tried to change to a voice mail node instead of a voicemail collect to see what happens

run a trace using system status, do you see the call even hitting the system? also what is the module name?

The Module Name is "BHAfter"
I have the Problem in loginng system status, when I trying to logging it the following message replay:
A CCR session to this control unit is exist and cannot be disconnected, Before installing the CCR Software its working but now no.

go to services, from these you can shut off the ccr service also on the name remove the " before and after the name if there

In the system Status:

when I call the number its discconected me, but in the Active calls I see that my call is connected to MailBox BHAfter.
another thing I dont undersatnd what do you mean in this:

remove the quotation name needs to be exactly as the short code is spelt with no quotations

my bad in this example you can use the quotation as you are not pointing to the actual short code but the module name, also make sure on the incoming call is set to any voice

all its ok, and I build a new module and call flow, the problem is the same.
I dont Know whats the Problem.

try this; in the incoming call route point the dest to the actual short code like *82 for example, also make sure the short code is built as a voicemail node and retest

Nothing.
The Problem is when calling disconnected me but in the status the call is connected.

Ya, from the Service.
Also I do it, but nothing change.
if need I give you a team viewr to my laptop, i connect to the server also via team viwer.

your programming how you built the short code, incoming call route etc....

I don't believe you have the correct version of Voicemail Pro for the version of IP Office you are running. I have seen many strange issues like this when running incompatible versions. For 8.1.63, your voicemail pro should be 8.1.9016. Not necessarily the fix, likely a programming issue, but worth a shot.

In the VMPro:
the Module name is BHAfter
I build the Test condition (Working Hours)/ 8:00 AM to 18:00 PM
from the staRT point to the test condition if its true goes to the transfer menu (CCR Huntgroup)
if false goes to the Leave Voicemail (Huntgroup mail box)

in the manager:
Shortcode:

Voicemail Collect
"BHAfter

ICR:
Destenation: VM:BHAfter
