VMPro Disconnected Calls

Hi ...

We have IP office release 8.1.(63) and voice mail pro 8.1.9501.0 with essential, preferred and advanced edition will showed valid on IPO manager. We created a short code to the module using voice mail collect and when dial this shortcode its goes to the destination based on the call flow but when calling the number from outside, the VM Pro disconnected the call .I have tried uninstalling and re installing voice mail pro without any luck. I will appreciate if someone has a clue to on how i can resolve this issue.
The destenation on ICR is set to the Module name.
There is a Ping from the VM Pro Server to IPO.
The firewall on the VM Pro Server is off.

Whats The Problem and How I can Solve it ?
 
When you set the line with CLID and set the destination to a user does it ring a bell or disconnect as well?
 
You update us not the other way round. Hire a trained engineer if you can't find the issue, don't just rely on a free forum to fix your problems :)

Neither do we and if a thread last over 66 replies then there is something else wrong and I don't mean the IP Office or the VM Pro....
Does it answer when you have *17 as the target?

Some things you can do:
Upgrade to 9.0, Call a expert or call Avaya if uou have a IPOSS contract.
You better stop trying to solve it here because it is either a software bug or a hardware issue.
 
How do you end up? We are having the same issue after upgrading to 9.0.3
 
@dbuxton101, do not hijack this thread as it is already too big.
Besides that, in my experience each issue is unique and it may look as another, often the root of the problem is something else.
One hint: did you try to default the security settings after the upgrade?
