Hello all,

Thought I'd post a new thread on problems I have when I tried an upgrade last week.
Upgraded the IPO from 9.1.12 to 11.0.4.
Moved on to upgrade the VMPRO from & to same releases.

Couldn't get logged into the VMPRO after upgrading & voicemail wasn't answering.
Ended up downgrading it back to 9.1.12 for now.

Posted earlier the problem & someone says I need to Enable the VMPRO client access through the VMPRO Web Management.
Never have or knew there was a Web Management for VMPRO & can't get in it.
Only have about four customers with VMPRO (first time upgrade) the 100s of other customers just use the Embedded.

When I go to a browser & put in of VMPRO/voicemail I get the attached file.

When I go to the current 9.1.12 VMPRO then Help/About it says Web Services N/A

I'm far from an IT guy, but learning whether I want to or not :)

What do I need to do to get this running?

Thanks so much to all replies

According to the release notes a 9.1 to 11.0 jump shouldn't be a problem, but as we all know, Avaya likes to use their vendors do the beta testing...[banghead]

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

Hello all,

Thanks again for all the replies, thought I'd give an update.

Last night I did the gradual upgrade from the 9.1.12 to 10.0 tested everything good, then to 10.1 still good, then finally to my 11.0.4.

Everything went successful!!!

Never had to uninstall, or reload any files at all.

Hope this helps others.
