VMPro and Line Type

Hi ...

I have Installed Avaya IPO with VMPro.
I face the following Problems:
when I set the line type (Loop Start), the vmpro answer the call.
when I set the line type (Loop Start CLID), the vmpro disconneted the call. (in the SSA, the call is connected to vmpro)
I have the following Trial license:
1. Essential Edition
2. Preferred Edition (VMPro)
3. Advanced Edition
4. Customer Service Agent 5
5. Customer Service Supervisor 1
The CCR and ContactStore is working.
I note that in the Editions License (Essential, Preferred, Advanced), the value of the instances is 1.
in the permenant licences the value is 255.
I tested every think but with no progress, Any Idea why this happened and how to solve it ?

what does a monitor trace show?

Have you contacted your line network supplier
Do the lines have the correct supervision disconnect timer set for ipoffice.

The network and the ip office need to be set correctly otherwise the lines hang on voicemail.

Get these settings checked first and see foes it make any difference.
