Hi ...
I have Installed Avaya IPO with VMPro.
I face the following Problems:
when I set the line type (Loop Start), the vmpro answer the call.
when I set the line type (Loop Start CLID), the vmpro disconneted the call. (in the SSA, the call is connected to vmpro)
I have the following Trial license:
1. Essential Edition
2. Preferred Edition (VMPro)
3. Advanced Edition
4. Customer Service Agent 5
5. Customer Service Supervisor 1
The CCR and ContactStore is working.
I note that in the Editions License (Essential, Preferred, Advanced), the value of the instances is 1.
in the permenant licences the value is 255.
I tested every think but with no progress, Any Idea why this happened and how to solve it ?
