I know you can get an on screen log of Voicemail Pro but this only lists about the last half hour for me. (thread940-1061232)

Is there any way to get it to log to a file?

Thanks!

There is a file called Dbgout.txt in the root directory (usually of C:\) of where the Voicemail Pro is installed. It can be read with a text editor (not Notepad which doesn't format it properly, I use TextPad myself) or with the DbgView program that can be found on the FTP.avaya.com site or in the ipoffice yahoo group.

It takes some time but you can eventually get the jist of what the log is stating.

Note that the dbgout.txt file is locked while the VMPro service is running, so do a copy paste and work with the copied file instead.

This file doesn't seem to have the latest log entries, it only has some entries for yesterday. I have stopped the service to read the file.
