VMP housekeeping class of service 1

Is it possible to set up a class of service where housekeeping cleaning schedules can be different for different clients and users?

For example for a hotel motel that wants messages cleared and erased every 24 hours but wants they're administrative and fronts office voicemails and reservations voicemails to stay for 30 days.

When they had Nortel they were able to assign I believe up to 16 different class of services that allowed this to be possible.

It's something that would be available but not sure. Thank you.

Not Possible,

Option 1, Train the Reservations staff to save VM's when they listen to them.
Option 2, configure VM to Email on the reception mailboxes.

Option 2 is probably the best as it means massages can be better archived in case of a customer dispute.

Well that's rather disappointing that a old phone system like Nortel could achieve that simple option but something as new as the Avaya IP office is incapable.

Sometimes I wonder if any of these telephone manufacturers take a look at other systems from the past and make sure that they at least have those old features that are still being used in place.

The problem with the reservations and office staff is at some times over holidays or long weekends no one is going to be in to check the messages.

voicemail to email won't work because they're not permitted to have speakers on their computers so that they don't use up bandwidth listening to music and watching videos or distributing the other staff.

Voicemail pro Is not so pro after all
