VMP 9.1 no longer sending emils

All of a sudden we are having issues sending voice mail to email on our VMP 9.1:

It looks like the SMTP server is asking for a TLS connection and VMP isn't providing it.

Based off the machine name in the log, this looks like a Windows VM Pro server. To the best of my knowledge, Windows VM Pro won't talk TLS 1.2 in the 9.x versions - I don't remember if it does TLS 1.2 in anything newer. You may need an intermediary SMTP server such as hmailserver to get the emails from VM Pro, wrap it in TLS 1.2 and send it down the line. I did that for a customer who was about 3 months away from moving away from IPO and it wasn't worth the hassle to upgrade.
