VMP 9.1 Dial by Name Timeout 2

Does anyone have a good solution for this issue. I have set up dial by name as instructed in the examples however the problem I'm running into is while using dial by name if a name is entered that's not available or if no selection is made or if an error is made it just stalls and doesn't time out with an error message or within a few seconds suggesting how to return to the main menu or how to get help unless the caller starts pushing buttons by themselves.

Is there some additional modules or instructions I can add to make the dial by name feature more robust and more attentive to the caller if they don't make an entry after so many seconds or if they make too many attempts, mistakes etc. Maybe route them to the receptionist? thanks.

DBN should have a true a nd false result. Point false to an other mod or back to the beginning.

Yes thank you I set up the false setting to send a call back to the main menu.

This is a test I just performed. I called in pressed pound but made no other entries it took a full 60 seconds before a recording came on asking the caller to make an entry or for help press star 4.

Is there any way to control that time out so it's not a full 60 seconds?

Try using Assisted transfer and set the timer to your choice
