I was able to use the Administrator password to upload., now we are working on hunt group greetings...

As Administrator within WebManagement you can change root password as well.

Yes you can use WAV files as hunt group greeting.

You need a SFTP client like WinSCP. The VMPro files are under /opt/vmpro

Reset Administrator or Root Password on Apps DVD or SE

Need Keyboard and Monitor connected

When booting up, press any key to stop the boot cycle
Press "a"
Add to the end of the command line: rw init=/bin/bash
Press enter
AFter it reboots you will get the bash command line bash-3.2#
Type mount -o remount,rw /
Type passwd Administrator
Enter the new Password 2 times
Type mount -o remount,ro /
Type reboot
