Is there a place to get a down and dirty feature comparison between Lite and Embedded?? On the surface after playing with both, it would seem that the following is true:

Embedded is basic system which happens to have a nice Auto Attendant feature, but no facility for remote access to voicemail system.

Lite enables remote access including trusted access from defined source numbers, but no auto attendant capability for transferral to an extension when the office is empty.

Is this pretty clos to correct?? All guidance greatly appreciated!!

Fred I would say you're giving Embedded too much credit by referring to it as a "nice" Auto-Attendant feature, but otherwise your summary sounds pretty good. I think I recall seeing a feature comparison of all 3 flavors of VM in the engineering toolkit. I'll see if I can find it again tomorrow at the office.
