VM Light lite

I have a IPO 4.1 (9) vm light is lite on one users extension and she has no messages....any ideas what this could be?

Is Voicemail ticked in the Manager>User>Voicemail tab?
What do you get when you dial *17?

Make sure vm is unticked, then unplug the phone and re-plug it back in.

I pulled this from another post a while back. Create a short code like

*90*N# N"; Msgs=0" Display Msg 0
Space between ; and M


This will turn the light off.

That shortcode only works if you used the other shortcode to put the light on, the easiest way to get the light off is to delete the account folder for this user off the PC .
