When we first got our Ip office system we used to be able to see if there were messages in a specific queue (not just the big red light) and push a menu button to collect those messages without entering a password. Since subsequent updates we have lost that feature. We are on 3.2 right now. Is there anything like that that I can reimpliment so I dont need phone manager on all stations ?

I have that in there right now. But as it sits that only aids in us being able to pull calls out from queue without being in queue. It underlines it if there are calls in queue, diamond next to it if there is a call ringing to someone. The button doesnt do anything if there arent calls in queue.

Are you still a member of this group?

Visual Voice is V4+.

Sounds like the button you have has been changed.

You will need a Voicemail Collect button for the group mail box and the HHuntGroupName in the User Source Number for each user that needs access to the group mail box (as TT mentioned).

Jaime I tried that, as well as making them members of the group, and when I hit VMcollect it just dials and I get generic VM menu without going straight to the box like it does with VM Pro (which I dont want to use).

Don't want VM Pro. Do you have VM Lite at the moment.

If you have VM Pro, the above can be fixed by adding a Get Mail to the Defualt Collect Start Point

I misspoke, We have VM Pro. What I want to get away from is Phone manager pro.

which button do you press for this feature? where is it what does it say on it?

Sounds like you need the Get Mail like i said above. Check that out in your VM Pro client

It's because VM Pro has changed from IP Office mode to Intuity mode, it installs in Intuity by default (or at least on my installs) you have to change the mode in the VM Pro Client, with the client open press F9 and change "default telephony interface" to IP Office mode!! or do as Jamie77 says.

Jaime - That is already the default collect start point, always has been.

amriddle01 - what other stipulations are implied by switching to ip office mode ? Will I lose the ability to pull out of queues manually ?
