Hi, I'm having an issue with WAV files. IP Office version is 4.2.4. Voicemail Pro is 4.2.19. When a user deletes a voicemail message from their phone, the WAV file isn't removed from their folder on the Voicemail Pro PC.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
 
They stay there until housekeeping is completed I believe, how long did you wait? :)

Ah, I see that everyone has messages back to a specific date (a few weeks ago). I guess the housekeeping is only done every few weeks.

No, it is determined by the settings in VM Pro, open the client and check your housekeeping settings :)

As many times as I've looked at the vmpro settings I always overlooked the housekeeping tab. Thanks so much!
