Morning all,
Hope everyone is doing well. I am looking for a little pointer here. We recently had an IPO 500 V2 8.1 system installed. All working well, but I would like to be able to track all outgoing calls, ie a call log.
I can see an individual extensions log, but I can't seem to find anywhere to view the total central log of all calls. Is there something I need to install / configure? Or is it a third party piece of software I need ?
