Vidyo SIP disconnect on IPO 8.0.4

I have a customer who has Vidyo and it was working fine until they upgraded the software on it to 3.2.0.264. Now when using the SIP it just disconnects. Has anyone had any issues with the software release on this? The customer does not want to down grade there vidyo so I need to come up with something. Thanks for your help in advance.

This is firmly in the "not my problem" category. Surely they can see that? Stick to your guns, you can't fix issues with their firmware by making programming changes to the IP Office :)

 
I agree with you but this is my biggest client and I'm trying to keep them happy. I was just wondering if anyone using this had any issues.

I believe you're referencing the VidyoGateway software update as released on 12/29/14.
Have you/customer opened a ticket with the support team at Vidyo?
