As above,

Thanks.

RCO on the extension.. Ringing Cycle Option ie how many rings before doing the hunt or fdn treatment.

There are 3 rco's defined on the system and these are altered in ld 15.

Out of interest do you know what the three RCO's default settings are?

We are using 0 at present which appears to be 6 rings...

Thanks

I must be missig something.. I can't find the option in LD 15... Where is it please?

Hi

rco limits are 1 to 15 rings.(under cfno in ld 15)

MORE THAN 4 RINGS

It's cofigured via the RCO (0, 1 or 2)prompt on the set.
The RCO prompt is related to the CFN0, CFN1, CFN2 and the DFN0, DFN1, DFN2.
If CFN2 and DFN2 are configured with a 9 and your set has configured with RCO 2 your phone is going to your voicemail after 9 rings
