VERIZON SIP Trunks on a Mitel 3300 MCD system

Hi All,

Is anyone aware of the timers that need to be configured on th etimers for SIP trunks to Verizon?

We have a problem wher about every 2 weeks the SIP trunks go off, and we have to reset the SIP trunks to get them working again.

MCD 6.0 SP1
- Keep-Alive (OPTIONS) period 120
- Registration period 3600
- Registration period Refresh (%) 50
- Registration Maximum Timeout 90
- Session Timer 90
- Subscription period 3600
- Subscription period Minimum 300
- Subscription period Refresh (%) 80
- Invite Ringing Response Timer 0

Hello Andy,

ON MCD 6.0 SP1 the below changes must be implemented due to a bug.

SIP Peer Profile: Minimum Reserved Call Licenses - set to 0

ARS Routes: Digits Before Outpulsing - must be blank on all SIP Trunk routes

Once you have made these changes you will need to reboot the MCD.
