Hi all, we are getting ready to setup a new call center in a remote location that is NOT connected to us. I'm looking for a way to transfer calls while still in the main number vector (auto attendant vector). I have setup an extension for transfers and that works from any ext that has answered a call (ie. I'm at my desk and get a call, then transfer that call to the ext and it makes a new call over the PSTN). I can't get it to work from the vector though, I've tried route-to number = ext and route-to number = full 800 number. I just get dead air then the vector starts over again.

system is Definity G3si V12

Thanks

Jason

Looks like I found the problem, the COR was set to only allow internal ext (since we have never had to do this before. Changed it to a COR that can call 800 numbers and it looks like it's working now

Gave you a star for coming back and letting everyone know what you found.
