route-to number xxxxxxxxxxxxx with cov y if digit = 8

to the vector but it's not working

anyone have an aidea or if you need more info please let me know and i post it it is important to make this working.

i hope i explain myself

Thanks in advance !! !

Please post whole vector with steps administered.
What happens when you dial 8?

This is the whole vector.

01 Wait-time 0 secs hearing ringback
02 collect 4 digits after announcement 7002
03 goto vector 2 if digits = 1
04 route-to digits with coverage y

and when i dial the 8 in the menu appears to sound buy the call cut's unexpectly.

any ideas or if you need some other info please let me know it's important to make this work.

Thanks telecomadmin12

Does the VDN(s) that route to this vector have a COR assigned that is allowed to call this number? If it's set to a COR that has a restricted calling area it will fail.

I'm also asuuming that the 8 at the beginning of your route-to is your ars selection? Otherwise, if you have to dial 9 to make an outbound call you need to add it to your route-to string. It has to be entered exactly like you were dialing it from your phone.

Hi Stinney first of all, thanks for your comment

answering to your questions.

Yes the VDn has a COR with the sufficient provileges to make the call, and the 805 at the first of the string are the TAC of my principal trunk in that case i don't need to use the 9 to call the ARS, i have another configuration when you call from extension to xxxx extension and the user does not answer the call goes to the coverage path and then the coverage path call another vector with that format and that it's working but when the call are coming from outside of the plant does not work,

any ideas ???

can you please post a "list trace vector x" and try the call.

Does the same thing happen when you press 8# instead of 8?
Also you might call the VDN to that vector and do a "list trace station xxxx", with xxxx being the station you are calling from and paste it here. It should get to "outpulse done 044664xxxxxxx". Check if 044664xxxxxxx is the correct number.

this are the trace vector result

time sec st data

Don't see anything in "list trace vector". Dial the VDN with the assigned vector from your station and post "list trace station xxxx".

When i call the vector from my station, make the call and works , but when i tried to make it with te incomig trunk configuring the co trunk Inconming destination that vector, does not work...

it's driving me crazy!!

What is your trunk to trunk transfer option set to in "Change sys fea" page 1 , also are you positive that the incoming call however it routes off net has the option to do so COS / COR / .

What happens for testing sake if you point the DDI straight to your TACNUMBERXXX on the incomming call treatment tablee ???

ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

HI

Responding to your questions

the trunk transfer options is set to all.
the vdn COR are with privilegues to made the call and

when i point one DID/DDI straight to the TAC, it works i don't understand why does not work with the outside call.

do the call come in on the same trunk that you are routing it out on per vector, I have seen this denied by AT&T trunks in the past, do you have a different trunk group to route it back out on, also look at the cors for the trunk group and route paatern, may not have a frl high enough to route on.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

The call come in, on the trunk 813, and the call are redirected to the vdn in the "incoming destination" space in that space i specified the vnd number, and once in the vector i tried to make the call calling TAC of another trunk then i use diferent trunks to the routing in and out of the call.

program ars so that the vector call goes out on a different trunk, from the one it came in on.

I know it might not sound logical, but try setting the with cov in the route-to line to yes.
