Vector question: Announcement after queue-to

Hi, I have two questions:

1. When call is transfered from AVP to VDN and I have announcement before queue-to step in vector, announcement is not played. I think is AVP related but maybe someone have idea what is going on.

2. When I place announcement after queue-to step, announcement is stoped and call is placed to the agent when he beceomes available. Is tehre any way to allow available to be played to the end ?

You can setup a forced announcement.

Thanks but, AFAIK, since hunt group is vector controlled forced announcement can not be configured ?

Please post the vector, maybe we will see something in it.

Only by having the announcement step played before the queue-to step.
