VDN to VECTOR route-to Outside number? 1

Howdy,

Running CM 5.2

Trying to set up a VDN to an outside number.
Can't use EC500, etc.
Need to use VDN from a call center to temporarily route to an outside number.

Have the VDN set up with an unrestricted COR
Goes to Vector.
Inside vector, I have a wait 2 seconds, got-to step 4 which then has the route-to, to an outside number.

When I dial the VDN, it just rings and disconnects.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Trace the vector and post the results here.
Is it denial 1751 - 'No AAR/ARS route pat/pref' - ?
This is a shot in the dark but if you are calling the VDN internally and you don't have the ARS all table populated appropriately you may receive the above denial event.

found it!

I ran the list trace and saw this:
denial event 1343: Need higher FRL to route D1=0x8ae1 D2=0x315d

I went through my list of CORS and found one with a FRL of 7.
Changed my VDN to that COR, made a test call and it worked!

Damnit, I always forget to list-trace things.

raise the frl on the cor and you should be all set, change system-parameters features on page 1 for trunk to trunk transfer
