VDN as coverage point.

Hi,

I have CM 3.0.1 on my S8300 server. I planning to have coverage points on my stations which will be pointing in to a VDN then a vectore associated with it.

Here's the vector

1-wait time 0 secs hearing ringback
2-route to number 0 after announcement xxxx ( which says that ' The person you are trying to reach is not available, please stay on the line for operator assistance.)

Would there be any problem with this?

What software you using.

Route to number after announcement isn't a vector command that is available.

You get collect digit after announcement

you get route to number with coverage, but I don't see how route to number after announcement is possible.

If I'm wrong, I'd love to know how you do it.

Sorry that was wrong.. I havnt implemented that yet.

can I have this instead..
collect digit none after announcement xxxx?

Just play the Announcment as a step.
then do a route to number.
It is just one extra step.
