Just a quick question. Is it possible to have a whisper when auto-answer is enabled for agents?

The main point of a whisper is to announce the type of call when using auto-answer so that the agent knows how to greet the caller.

Well we have a problem regarding about whispers. when we set the agents to manual answer, they can hear the whisper and a beep. But when we set them to auto answer all they can hear is a beep.

Do the auto-answer agents have the same COR as the manual-answer? If not, check the COR has;
Hear VDN of Origin Annc.? y

yup and the 'Hear VDN of Origin Annc' is set to yes. Any ideas? Right now I just made a temporary solution by placing a 'voa-repeat' in one of their feature buttons only to just hear the whisper.
