It's that time again..."Vanity Plates VI" is over 100 images now, so here's a new start with a Vanity Plate
on a vehicle owned by someone who is obviously very vain about his wheels:

I saw two last night, while on my annual school supply expedition.

DRFELGD
SUPERRN

Veni, Vidi, Visa: I came, I saw, I charged it.

Wow! I hope DRFELGD (Dr. Feelgood?) is a real Doctor. In some 'hoods that plate would be the same as having DRUGDLR.

I wouldn't want to have any plate that would get me pulled over and ordered out of the car by cops with guns drawn. Sure, it gives you an excuse why you're late, and a great story to tell, but it would get VERY tiresome after the first or second time it happened.

@rjou
Haha, no it was not. =)

Saw VIRAL on a motorcycle.

@SamBones...
I thought DRFELGD (Dr. Feelgood) was probably a Motley Crue fan. It certainly didn't look like a car that an actual doctor would drive, unless he was up to his eyeballs in student loans. It was an older foreign car, probably mid- to late-90's.

Hi,
Two more today ( I think Arizona has more vanity plates than even California)

On a very nice new Lincoln Navigator:

14MYLUV

and on a sorta' beat up coupe:

On a brand-new Nissan 370Z:

ZEE YA

I'd like to change the world, but I can't find the source code.

And, this morning, on a Toyota Solara coupe:

TAME ME

(Yes, a woman was driving, but the car also had some Marine Corps decals on the back. Proceed at your own peril).

I saw this one yesterday on a car with Florida plates...
SNY FL

I'm not sure what he/she is doing in CLDY IN.

On an older convertible car: FULLSUN

On a car coming out of RTP yesterday:
[tab]IFR2RDU

This is probably relevant: RDU is the airport code for Raleigh-Durham International Airport and is sometimes used to refer to the Raleigh-Durham area in general (not just near the airport). But knowing that hasn't helped me decipher the plate.

Any ideas?

IFR2RDU

I'm probably way off but it made me laugh when I thought of it: I fart or do you

Light travels faster than sound. That's why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Regarding IFR2RDU, there are basically two ways you can fly, IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) or VFR (Visual Flight Rules). One is if the weather is bad and you are using instruments, the other is sunny day flight using your eyes to navigate and keep yourself off of mountains and such.

So that would read, Instrument Flight Rules to Raleigh-Duram.

Hi,

XQUSIT

I thpught that it was just too PREXUS [wink]

Thanks, SamBones! I never would have come up with that. Seeing as we were about 3 minutes from the airport, that's a great guess.
