Hi guys, need some help or advice. I'm trying to install a Valcom-9937 one zone page port adapter onto an ip office 500. The setup the customer wants is music to play in the waiting room and for the doctors to be able to page to the same speakers. The page must interupt the music. So far i can only get one or the other to work.

Has anyone installed one of these or had similar scenarios that they have overcom.

Any help/advice greatly appriciated.

Here is the basic setup information. First, you need an analog trunk port available on the IP Office. The Tip & Ring from that trunk port will connect to Pins 1 & 16 on the Valcom V-9937. The background music source (line level output) will connect to Pins 4 & 19 on the V-9937. The speaker output is connected to Pins 7 & 22 on the V-9937. 24VDC power is connected on Pins 29 & 30.
